Core Beliefs Work…
Everyone has their own unique experiences of the world around them, which are known as one’s core belief systems. It is these core beliefs that shape who you are, by determine how you think, feel, and behave in everyday life, through our parents, primary caregivers, teachers, and other significant people who played a big part in our early lives. It is from these people that we learned all our skills, knowledge, and experiences of life, to shape us who we are today.
Core Beliefs Work is the exploration of a person’s unhelpful and limiting core belief systems, that is causing problems in their life, and is holding them back from moving on forwards.
Core Beliefs Work is not about blame, criticism, or judgement. But it is all about learning and understanding the who’s, what’s, where’s and why’s, has been a contributory factor to your problem.
What is my approach?
I work on the premise that out core beliefs are the drivers behind our current thoughts, feelings, emotions, and actions / behaviours. So, getting to the very foundations to the root of a problem, is by truly understanding what limiting and unhelpful core beliefs are causing the problem, so that you can either challenge, change or get rid of them.
What does this mean for you?
The great thing about Core Beliefs Work is it helps gets to the very root of the problem, by getting you to exploring your past unhelpful and limiting beliefs that have been causing you problems, in combination with any of the other approaches I use. How? By getting you to look at those past contributory factors that are affecting your current situation. Once you understand what the main driving beliefs are behind your problem, then you can start to work to work on them, by starting to change the way you think and feel about things.
